Mom went back to work today, BOOOOOO. I liked her at home with me. Anyway, Dad got off a bit early today and came and got me. So me and him had some bounding time, at least that is what Mom calls it. I took a freakishly long nap this afternoon from 9 am to 1:30 pm so I was well rested and in a great mood.

Tonight we went to see Andrew and his mom and dad. His mom's sunroof was stuck--open. Not a good thing with all this stuff falling from the sky. So dad to the rescue and he fixed it.

Mom took a picture or two of me and Andrew I wonder where they are? I'm going to have to talk to her...

Mom didn't go to work today, she stayed with us all day! She is a lot of fun.

We had breakfast, then went outside, then had a snack, then we colored, then lunch, then a nap, and apparently while I was napping they finger painted without me! Not so nice!
This is me and Ethan coloring--he was coloring a race track, I was coloring a....well I don't know what I was coloring.

Oh Ethan's big wheel, don't I look stellar on it? It was a little hard for me to reach the pedals but I tried.

And of course since Emma is younger I thought I would be a big friend and drive her around on the power wheels. Eventually we hit the fence? See the thing is I can push the pedal but I can't steer AND push the pedal. Emma can only steer because she can't reach the pedal. So I guess hitting a fence is not so bad for two underage drivers.

Today I had another first.....(these are becoming more frequent)

I got to meet Kyle today! He is so cute. I "petted" him--never to be confused with patting, I petted cause that's what I know how to do. I also kissed him on his head. Every time I kissed him he wrinkled up his head and looked like a little old man, but a cute little old man. I promise to be a great big cousin.
Sleeping so peaceful...until I arrive!

After we left Kara and Kyle's house we went for a long drive and funny thing, I fell asleep and woke up somewhere I did not know. After a few minutes I learned that we were at Dad's friends house, his name is Webster. He lives in Campbellsville, about an hour and a half from my house. But listen to all the cool stuff I did. I got to "hike" with dad. I got to watch the dog dog chase a stick and jump in the pond--then he would shake on me (didn't love that part so much). Then I got to go for a ride on the four wheeler. I admit I was scared at first and yelled for mom but once mom got on I was cool, it was alright.

We stayed and played and played. Dad brought my "Whheeee" aka slide for those who don't know, and my wagon. Cassidy was there and she took me for a wagon ride and we saw a dead snake, thankfully it was dead!

I got VERY dirty! Now I know this is unusual for me but I was having so much fun and couldn't help myself.

Oh and one more thing, there were two cats here and I know what cats are (I don't call them dogs anymore) and I chased them and tried to get under trucks to play with them.

By the time we got home it was bath time and bed time, but it was a fun day!

Today was different...Mom, Dad, and Grandmamaw took me to this place with all these big light up things. I don't really know what they were. But I remember seeing big light up things like this before when me and Andrew went on a date but that has been months ago. Anyway, Mom kept calling it the "Glimmer" see for yourself.
I liked the big light up things but when they blew the fire into them it made me turn orange and turn my head.

Overall, I liked going because it was something different and not something we do everyday but I was not as thrilled as mom would have hoped for me to be, maybe next time. And maybe if she would like me out of the stroller.........

First happened tonight...

I got choked on a pear! And by choked I mean I couldn't breathe and dad picked me up and started beating me. It was only a few seconds but it really scared me. I cried and cried and had to finish eating my dinner in mom's lap.

There is this new thing that is happening...Dad works and then comes home and leaves again and he is gone for a while. I don't know what he is doing but he comes home stinky and green?!?! Any ideas?

So since Dad was gone I had to settle for Mom taking me outside. I really wanted to "weeeee". For those of you who don't know what "weeeee" is, it is my new slide that my neighbor, Ms. Joy, gave me.
I make my mom so nervous....

Overall it was a great night until mom made me come in and put the weeeee away. I got pretty mad. She said something about it being too cold. I had a jacket on.

Sorry I have missed a few days of posting but since I have been feeling better I have been super busy.

I have learned to say "no-no" and "stop". I'm sure mom will regret teaching me those but for the moment she said it was cute!

Today we pretty lazy, it rained all day with the exception of about two hours and of course those two hours we, really me, decided I wanted to go for a walk. So we packed up the family, including sister Emma, and walked around the neighborhood. I stopped at each puddle to tell mom there was "waaaaar" there (water). So you can only imagine how many times we stopped!

Anyway, my pictures are of course out of order--who do I need to talk to about this? But I was in my car tonight playing and got the fax machine phone and started talking on it while driving--mom says I'm starting young! I don't know what that means.

Let me just say that the doc put me on some medicine to make the bumps go away faster and it made something faster and that something is ME!!!!!!!!!!!! WEEEEHEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!

I am "bouncing off the walls" as mom says but I am not bouncing from wall to wall so I am unsure what she means. I have been full of energy.

I went to Grandmamaw's today and boy did I give her a run for her money. She will sleep good tonight, Grandmamaw that is.

Mom took a picture of my spots tonight but honestly there isn't much to see anymore. The 'faster' medicine worked and made the bumps so away. They are very light now. To the naked eye I look like normal.

Mom says she isn't going to give me the 'faster' medicine tomorrow. I don't know why.....

I think everyone should tell my mommy how lucky she is...I take all my medicine so well. Lt's see, I have Benadryl, a steroid, ear infection medicine, and eye drops. I love all the medicine especially the kind I get to suck down in the dropper. But I don't even mind the eye drops. Mom has made it a game and so it seems pretty cool to get eye drops.


Tonight I was trying to be like Uncle Jason. He always has phones and stuff attached to his belt, so I wanted to be like him.

This is my leg picture tonight. The bumps are getting lighter. There are still a lot of bumps but at least they are on the way to getting better.

Here randomly placed is me blowing my pancakes. Mom told me they were hot and I can't eat anything that is too hot, so you have to blow.

Me at breakfast this morning. In such a good mood, Mom loves to see me in a good mood.

I stayed at home with Mom today and we had a lot of fun. Tomorrow I am going to spend the day with Grandmamaw and then hopefully Thursday I can go back and play with my friends. But I think Dad would be fine if I needed to stay home again Thursday, he would like to stay home from work.

Mom got all my Easter loot together tonight and took a picture of it. For a sick girl an no egg hunts I raked in pretty good.
Update on the train wreck, aka me! Mom called my doctor today and they said they would like to see me and I think mom wanted them to see me. She wasn't totally convinced that I didn't have chicken pox. So we went to the doctor and they said that it was indeed an allergic reaction to something, what no one may ever know. I got the privilege of seeing two doctors today, it's cause I'm so special!

But these are my spots tonight.

My eyes and nose are in much better shape. They have stopped running (both of them). No more green from the eyes and green from the nose.

The doctor did confirm today that I do still have an ear infection and I do still have pink eye. She said once it stops oozing I still could be contagious for 24 hours.

Dad stayed home with me today and Mom is going to stay home with me tomorrow and then we'll see how I am and maybe Wednesday I will go hang out at Grandmamaw's and then maybe just maybe Thursday I can go back with my friends. I miss my friends!

Okay so these are out of order--this is what happens when I let my mom upload the pictures. I am giving my blogging rights over to mom tonight as I am itchy and runny!

So today was interesting needless to say. I, the mom, slept about 5 hours last night because I kept getting up to check on Ellie to make sure she wasn't scratching or uncomfortable.

Once she got up this morning the rash looked better, so we decided to stick with our original plan and go to church with Nina and Popie, picutre below. But not before Ellie opened her Easter basket. She got some fruit snacks and a Elmo book--she now loves Melmo!

During church her eyes and nose were crazy runny and the spots that looked better two hours ago, now during church looked ten times worse. They were getting bigger and redder and raised. After church I lubed her up with anti-itch cream and laid her down for a nap.

We planned on going to Grandmamaw's after nap for lunch. So we went even though Ellie looked and probably felt like a train wreck. We had fun but the wiping of the nose and eyes got more frequent and the spots only kept multiplying and getting bigger. So about 5:30 me and Diane decided she must be seen tonight and left for the Acute Care for Pediatrics Center.

On our way there the spots got to look more and more like chicken pox.

At the doctor visit we learned that she does NOT have chicken pox but is having some allergic reaction to something--possibly the red sucker but no one really knows. She also have pink eye and an ear infection! I am overwhelmed!

As Ellie's mom I feel extremely lucky to have had such a healthy baby. She has very rarely been sick and overall has been very easy and healthy baby! But between the strep throat 12 days ago and all this mess I'm not sure how to handle all this. Wish us luck!

Dad is staying home with Ellie tomorrow--he was scheduled off already--and I will probably stay home Tuesday with her.

This morning we went to breakfast at an all you eat pancake---hmmmm my favorite breakfast!

Then we met my friends Layla and Lilly for an Easter Parade. I didn't know they had such a thing but since I have only experienced Easter one time I am still new at these holiday things!

Anyway, the parade was wonderful. I got to see lots of dog dogs and play. The people in the parade threw candy at me, not so nice to throw things! But mom was super nice and let me have a sucker and some smarties. I've never had either so it was a real treat.

After I got up from my nap I had a few bumps on my legs. Mom doesn't know what they are but Grandmamaw says they are an allergy to something. Who knows!?! But I hope they go away soon. They kinda itch! My eyes also started watering today and my nose running. I guess from being outside a lot lately!

Tonight we went to a car cruise and it got cold, we came home early but Layla and Lilly came over to play so we did. While they were over mom showed Becky, their mom, these spots and she seemed to think that the red sucker mom let me have earlier is causing these spots. I don't know what a sucker would have to do with spots but who am I?

Me and Andrew went to the park today. He got made because his mom and dad wouldn't let him go into the big boy part. I mean his is a big boy. I don't understand why they wouldn't let him go.

Well thankfully Dad finally came home to me. But once he was there I didn't really pay much attention to him until he had been home like 3 hours. I wanted him to think I was mad at him. Do you think it worked?

So dada is STILL gone which I highly do not approve of but anyway if you remember dad always tells mom that I don't need to watched all the time, that sometimes if I am silent and in the kitchen and the adult is not that it is okay. He always says that mom worries too much about what I am doing.

So mom left me to my own devices this morning to put towels away while I ate my breakfast, never fear I was strapped in my seat. She comes back and I was eating my pancakes out of my shoe! Yes you heard it right, my shoe. Mom had put it all nice on the plate but one of my shoes was on the table (who knows why?) and I decided that they fit better in there then on the plate.

I guess dad is right I don't have to be watched all the time...
Today was busy, we went to Uncle Mike and Aunt Vikki's for a little early Easter celebration and because Izzy my cousin from Michigan was in town. Let me say I am a pro at Easter egg hunting. Popie took lots of pictures so as soon as they download them I will be sure to post them. There was this one time though that I fell and scrapped my knee and legs up pretty bad but a few tears and off I was once again.

So busy I didn't even want to nap which meant that on the way home with Nina and Popie (they were bringing me home cause mom had a jewelry party to go to with my boyfriend Andrew mom) I fell asleep but I went right to bed for Nina with no problems. I love to sleep.

I hope when I wake up tomorrow that Dada has come back to save me. I miss him so....
