Evening update...
I am turning posting over to the Mom as I feel awful.
Well, today has been interesting for the Mom's viewpoint. I got up three times last night to check Ellie's temperature and all three times it was right around 100-101. I gave her Tylenol midway through the night and when she woke up this morning her temperature was still significant enough that I wanted her seen by a doctor.
So we made an appt for 9:45 with Ms. Patty--who we adore. She told us the unfortunate news and gave us a prescription for Amoxicillian.
All day long she has been in pretty good spirits with an occasional whiny spell but tonight got pretty bad. I think a lot of it too was that she won't swallow. So she is probably starving. She wouldn't even eat a Popsicle or Jell-O. She only had a bite of cheese stick, 2 cookies, and 2 crackers all day. I feel so bad but every time I try to give her food she cries and throws her head in my lap.
She won't even drink her milk. She asks for it and then holds it in her mouth until she forgets it's there and then tries to talk and milk runs down her shirt.
I hope Ms. Patty is right and she gets better quick. I told her when I kissed her goodnight tonight, Ellie that is not Ms. Patty, that when she wakes up tomorrow she will feel better...I hope I'm right!

Even though Mom and Dad are off work this week Grandmamaw still came to get me today, it's our Monday routine! But as soon as I got to Grandmamaw's house I started getting really whiny and wanted a nap even though I slept late this morning. SO Grandmamaw is not one to argue over a nap, she let me sleep and when I got up she was very worried.
I was very hot and I sat in her lap for 45 minutes. Now for those of you who don't know me well, I am NOT a cuddle baby (according to mom), I do not sit still, never have never will, I move all the time. So for me to sit still is a rare occasion. Grandmamaw called Mom and said she was bringing me home something was wrong.
When I got home my temperature was 102, Mom started pumping Tylenol and once the medicine had a little time to work I started running and playing again, hence the picture above of me trying to ride my rocking horse on Grandmamaw's lap.
However, my fever continued to go up and down and up and down. It eventually got up to 103.4, which scared Mom, she called Aunt Trish who said that it was probably an ear infection to give Motrin and Tylenol and see what happens and to check me throughout the night.
So poor Mom set her alarm and checked my temp at 11, 1 and 6. All three times is was around 100-101. Mom is going to take me to the doctor tomorrow, I hope I get to see Ms. Patty!

Well we have started Spring Break with a bang, pancakes and a dog dog to watch me eat them. Kara picked the dog out for me, isn't she the nicest cousin ever.

I got to go to Kara's house tonight for a little while. Mom and Dad wanted to go out with other adults? Why, I don't know? I am so much fun, but anyway I went to Kara's house and we played and played until Mom and Dad came to get me. I was up pasted my bed time--dont' tell mom! :)

Mom made something fancy for dinner tonight so Grandmamaw came over, well she told mom she was coming over to eat dinner with us but we all know the REAL reason Grandmamaw comes over...to see me! DUH! Anyway, while we were playing Dad put me in my toy box and covered me up with all my toys! What's a girl to do? So I just sat there, once in a lifetime opportunity that I didn't move!

During the day today I went outside and played, it was a nice day. I like to "ride" in my car but it is a lot of work. I have to hold on and stand up and move my feet all at the same time. I don't like to sit in my car, it is not nearly as fun.
I did try on mom's shoes today, don't they look good on me? I wonder when she is going to paint my toes blue like hers?

I am so sleepy...I had such a busy day! I went to Grandmamaw's today and we played and played and played. I did get in trouble today at Grandmamaw's, I think it might be a first, I really wanted the rocks in the gas fire place out on the floor and for some reason Grandmamaw did not. I don't know what the problem is? Extra decoration?
Then after mom picked me up we went home and I took a quick nap and if you know me you know that an hour nap is nothing for me, I like like a 2 hour afternoon nap but mom woke me up. Little did I know that while I was sleeping mom was packing, packing for what you might ask? Our field trip to the park!
Mrs. Christy had called mom without me knowing it and planned that we would all meet at their house and ride to the top of Iroquois Park, eat our picnic dinner, play on the playground for awhile, and then ride down. All in all dad said we rode 10 miles and mom said we burned 815 calories. I have no idea what those numbers mean but they were both pretty excited!
So we get to the top and eat and I can't really pay attention to eating cause there is this play ground right over there. But I tried and I ate a little.

My friend Emma and her dad, Mr. Joey. If you remember me and Mr. Joey have a special connection, he used to be my babysitter but he had to go back to work. BOOO!
What my dad likes to do.
Mrs. Christy and Emma. Mrs. Christy is going to be working very closely with mommy next year...in case you didn't know my mom is going to work part time next year and share a classroom with Mrs. Christy. So Mrs. Christy will work Tuesday's and Thursday's and every other Friday and my mommy will work Monday, Wednesday, and every other Friday. We are ALL very excited about the new adventure.

We decided to go out and play today in the backyard and we got to take Emma with us! We had fun! This first picture is to show you that my mom does let me get dirty! Look at my hand! I had been climbing on and off of dad's car trailer, cause it was fun that's why! But I turned up filthy. But I clean.
Here is me and dad trying to grind up more of the stump in the yard. Dad thinks it is silly to pay someone to grind up the stump when he can pick away at it for the next 25 years and eventually it will be gone. So possibly around the time I enter college the stump will be gone. Mom thinks $125 is not too much to get it done and over with but you know dad!
Me and my favorite things...dog dogs! Lots of them. My dog is the one closest to me and the 3 behind the fence are my neighbor dogs dogs. I often get confused when looking out the window and call them Mim-ma (Emma) because two of them look very similar to my dog dog.

Today was sorta uneventful...Dad went to help John, Layla and Lilly's dad, with his car, me, mom, and Aunt Cin went to Target, me and mom took a walk around the block (which took awhile since she made me walk), and then my mom got really excited and decided that she was going to put my hair in pigtails. What are pigtails? I know dad has piggy's cause I tell him to move them and I know I have piggy's and mommy has piggy's but pigtails, I had no idea about!
Quickly I found out what the so called pigtails were. Mom thinks I look absolutely adorable and couldn't be any cuter. Dad was still gone so he didn't get to see them--hence so many pictures.
But in all my cuteness I still have to keep it real... and use the nose sucker on myself. :)
Mom knows they weren't perfect but I am so busy and bouncing I am sure it is hard to get them straight. I was trying to look out the window and yell for Mim--ma, aka Emma.

My Popie came over to play tonight! He is so fun, he turns me upside down and tickles me and makes me laugh. Nina went scrapbooking so Popie decided to make his rounds and visit. I love Popie!

When I got up from my nap today I was super wet with sweat! So mom decided that a beautiful spring dress would be appropriate. Don't I look so fabulous?

What a day! After mom and dad got off work we decided that with such wonderful weather we would go for a family bike ride. Don't worry...Mom didn't pull me, Dad did! Anyway, in the process of getting ready Christy called and said they were going for a ride and wondered if we would like to join them. Well of course we would!

Emma is passed out--she was very tired. Ethan appears to be asleep and picking his nose and he was doing neither. The camera guy just got a bad pose. :)
Overall, I loved the bike ride. I was not too fond of stopping but I eventually got over it and waited patiently if we had to stop for something.
I also LOVE this weather! It is like...........warm here. I think Dad always says a number but I don't know what that number was or means. I'm going to have to figure that out! HOMEWORK!

Here are some pictures of me and Mr. Potato Head. I got him for Christmas but I have only carried him around in his little box because dad says there are too many pieces. But oh so much fun he is out of the box! I can take his ears off and his arms. That is about as far as I have gotten. Did I tell you my friend Jordan turned 3 today? And she had a fabulous birthday party at "All About Kids." I loved it! It was like this big open area where I could run and bounce and play and slide and twirl and bounce and play. It was amazing!

Nina and Popie came to see me tonight cause I had to go to the doctor today. I was excited that I got to see Patty but not excited when the nurse gave me 3 shots!!! That's a lot for my thin legs!
Anyway, the verdict is 24 pounds and 32 inches tall. Patty was very happy with how independent I was. I kept picking up my pants and shoes and heading towards the door, I am no dummy!
So anyway after my nap Nina and Popie came over to help ease the pain of the shots. It worked!
I am trying to put my headband on, doesn't it look adorable?

Mom went back to work today, she is better! Guess what I did tonight??? I went to visit some friends, Layla and Lilly. They have lots of neat toys. And they had this tunnel thing that was really cool. I loved it. And they also had a dog-dog his name is Frank, I liked him.

Mom is really sick, she stayed home today. I got to sleep in big time this morning. I love sleeping!
We, I mean I, am having lots of fun with mom home. I think she is having fun too but she coughs a lot and I feel sorry for her. Poor mommy!

This morning on my way to see Ms. DeAnna I had to wear my snowman hat. Mom said it wasn't that cold outside but whatever I wanted to wear it, so I did.
Mom went to the doctor today and she has bronchitis--whatever that is she coughs all the time! I hope she gets better soon.
Nina came over to see me tonight, she took me for a ride in my wagon and to the store. I can Nina now too! It kinda sound like "nana" (banana) but she knows I'm talking about her. Then we had spaghetti for dinner. HMMMMMM.
Who couldn't love this spaghetti face?
I also said Kara tonight, is really sounded like "rarera". Mom called Uncle Jason and made him listen to me say it. She likes to brag about me.

I am loving the weather! Mom is sick so we couldn't go out and play but I was able to look at the birds on the power lines and that made me real happy.
Mom tells me I must be careful if I am going to stand in my chair to look out. I'm always careful! She also says I need a stool. I don't know what a stool is???

Tonight we went to Andrew's house to return something. While we were there I stole several of Andrew's toys and he stole them back. We went back and forth.
Anyway, dad found this cool hat for me to wear. Andrew got it at the circus--what is the circus? I don't know anything about a circus, he is younger then me and he knows what a circus is why don't I? But I digress...the hat was a Kosair Shriner's hat. What are Shriner's? I am full of questions. And Andrew doesn't talk much so he can't tell me all these things.

As you know it's Wednesday and we eat Mexican EVERY Wednesday. So tonight Ms. Beverly came to eat with us. I really like Ms. Beverly. She doesn't get to see her grandchildren very much so I hugged her a whole lot and kissed her too. I think she really enjoyed it. I liked it too!
I also am getting so smart...when Grandpapaw got up to go to the bathroom I yelled for him "Popaw" and I continued saying his name all night long!

Well today was different...Dad was off from work so I got to stay at home with him all day! It was a lot of fun. He basically lets me run and run and run!
Anyway, me and dad went to see if we could find any more fish for our tank and we didn't find anything. So once mom got home we went to another pet store and while they (mom and dad) found some fish they liked I found some biiiiirrrrddddssss I really liked. I also liked the rats, hamsters, and guinea pigs, and the best part was that there were two dog-dogs in the store walking around and I got to visit with them and pet them, well I got to pet one of them the other one his mommie say he gets freaked out in public and probably wasn't a good idea for me to pet him.
Anyway, me and dad went to see if we could find any more fish for our tank and we didn't find anything.
