10 days POST Birthday....

Fabulous things happened today...

I got to go see Dr Johnson with mommy. You may ask who Dr Johnson is??? It's my mom's baby doctor. She was really nice, said I looked like my mommy, and then she let me hear the baby in mom's belly. Not exactly what I expected him to sound like...notice I say him because I think it's a baby brother...anyway I thought when mom said we would get to hear our baby that I would hear a baby talking or laughing or crying but none of those happened. I heard what sounded like a horse running. Dr Johnson and mom were both thrilled and happy to hear the horse running inside mom's belly but I thought we were having a baby, not a horse. I may need to talk to mom about this...

Then me and mom went and got our pictures taken together. It was super fun. When mom figures out how to bootleg them and copy them she said she will put them on the blog but for now you must trust that they are fabulous!

Me and Mom eventually made our way to the car show at the playpark where dad was. It was a lot of fun because dad took me for a few rides around the park and I got to sit in the front seat without my carseat. My hair was blowing in the wind!

This morning Dad had to work and me and mom needed some stuff from Lowe's, so off we went!!! Little did we know that Lowe's was having a Kids Workshop that morning and I was able to build a fire truck that makes sounds and rolls and everything!

I got to use a hammer and I got a new apron with my name on it. And most importantly as I was hammering away I smashed my finger!!! Tragic event! However I quickly recovered and kept right on hammering.


They even gave me safety goggles which will come in REAL handy in the garage with Dad!

This morning we met Ethan and MaryBeth at McDonald's Happy Playland! It was a load of fun! Me and Emma played and played. Then mom ventured out and took us to the grocery, both of us. We were exceptionally well behaved she said! We got suckers!

All day today I dressed up as a Queen in my new Queen attire. I love it!

Random Stuff

Backpack cake before he was really Backpack!

Oh there he is! He is Backpack! Mom and Jessica did a really good job! Backpack look exactly like Backpack! WOW!
Opening a present that Aunt Shine mailed me. It was a box with tons of goodies in it. Two shirts she made me, a "sweater" (turtle neck) and a tank top with a number 3 on it, stickers, hairbows, and all kinds of goodies.
Aunt Cin came over the day before my party and made cake balls. See the deal was that mom baked a 1/2 sheet cake and couldn't get it out of the pan so we had lots of crumbled up cake! Oops! But Aunt Cin came to the rescue and we had fabulous cake balls to munch on.
And here is Lily helping with cake ball production!
I found a caterpillar under Dad's car trailer. I had to stop everything and watch him, he was super cool and black and fuzzy!
And finally, this is me giving Momaw her birthday present...I made her a Christmas tree coffee mug, painted it purple, and had the paint people fire it. She LOVED it! I did it all on my own. I was super proud!

I can't believe I forgot to post these. Aunt Cin took these and sent them to mom and mom left them in her inbox for way too long!

This is my new friend Lily, well she isn't brand new anymore but she is still new to me.

I'm not sure if she likes me or my hair better!

Tonight mom decided her toes were needing some professional help. And since it was so close to my birthday she asked me if I wanted to join her at the "toe place". What girl would say no?

On the way there I told her that I wanted my toes purple and my fingernails green. And mom let me pick out whatever color I wanted. So I did just that, I got green for my fingers and purple for my toes. I was a perfect angel getting my fingers and toes done. I even got a few flowers painted on my nails! How special!?

After dinner my new bike had to escape from the garage and so I asked if we could go see my friends Buddy? Mom said it was a long ride around the neighborhood but we could go as long as I wore my helmet, she said you have to on the street.

So off we went...

So this morning I woke up at 7 am! Bright and Early!

The first words out of my mouth were "Now we can play Dora Match Game!" Mom asked if she could pee first? I mean really what is more important!

So after several games of candy land and Dora memory we got ready for church with Nina and Popie. As we were waiting I thought it would be totally appropriate to play "hitter ball" at 8:50 am! Mom has other ideas! But you see we played! And we had fun!



Thanks Aunt Cin for my "hitter ball" game! I am going to get really good at this.

The rest of the day was spent playing with lots of new toys until we went to Ethan's birthday party for a bit.

So Thursday was an ordinary day (well as ordinary as it can get to be 2 days away from my birthday!) when all of a sudden mom and dad told me to come to the garage, they had something for me...

What is it you might ask? Me too!

A NEW BIKE!!!!!

Mom and Dad got me a new bike for my birthday. And they decided to give it to me early, even better!


I surprised mom and dad and did really well riding my new bike. A few times it, the bike, had a meltdown because it wouldn't go but overall, I did really well! They were impressed. You should come over and see me ride my bike.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOMAW!

Today I went to school again. It was good! I liked it!

Tonight we met Momaw and Popaw at the pizza place and had dinner. Momaw's birthday present isn't ready yet so she will have to wait a little bit. But she will love it!

Then towards the end of dinner I started asking if I could go home and spend the night with Momaw...what do you think she said???

YES!!! I got to go!

BIG DAY FOR ME TODAY...

I started school today! I go two days a week on Monday and Wednesday from 9-2.

On my first day mom met me and Ms. DeAnna (the lady that transports me back and forth to school) in the parking lot. She said she was there for me but we all know she was there for her own peace of mind. So we walked in...

While walking in I told mom my intentions, "I am going to school but not in the room!" Mom said okay we'll work that out later.

After Ms. Jo got there me and mom went in and first we have to wash our hands, everyday, so we did. While in the bathroom I said, "why is that potty so tiny?" Mom said it was made just for me. "It's perfect!" I said and in fact it was! So after bathroom time I started playing.

Mom said she was going to go back to work and I said, "Are you leaving me here at school?" She said "Yes" and we hugged and kissed and off she was!

It was a very busy and fun day. Some of the highlights...

***I got to rest on a "pot" (cot)

***This little boy, who was not sharing the piano, hit me because I wanted to play with the piano and we both got the piano taken away and he had to sit in time out for hitting me.

***I ate all my lunch mom packed for me and was very hungry by the time I got to Momma CC's.

***I was a little upset that I didn't get to play at Momma CC's today.

This is what I did MOST of the weekend, including the drive there and back. I colored a whole lot! Colored several books almost all the way up!

Labor Day weekend

So this weekend turned out to be A-Okay!

Let me start off by telling you about Thursday night...
Nina came over for dinner to see me before I left for my big weekend trip to Tennessee. All was well and fine until about 5 pm when I started to not feel good about by about 5:30 I had a very high fever and was very sick! Mom gave me meds and sent me on to Momaw's (the arrangement was that I would spend the night there since mom had to work Friday). Momaw ended up calling mom around 9pm because I was crying for her and wanted to go home. Thankfully mom came and got me but she didn't take me home...she took me to the dr. and we were there until 11:30pm. I was super tired and the end result they "think" it is strep throat again! Mom is getting tired of this!

Anyway, I was alright and went ahead and went to Momaw's Friday while Mom worked and mom and dad picked me up Friday afternoon and we headed out of town on our road trip!

We were head to Memphis area of TN so it took us about 6 1/2 hours! Long drive. I colored most of the way and watched a few movies. By the time we arrived at hotel with our friends, I was passed out. But once we got in the hotel room I was rejuvenated! We had TWO beds, TWO BIG beds! One for daddy and one for me and mom! :)

We had a great weekend playing with my friends, Autumn and Hayley. They were a lot of fun. I will post more pics of them later.
