New Room

This picture was taken while my dear little self slept Sunday night...the last night in my baby room.
This was Monday afternoon...
The first time we moved all my stuff into my BIG GIRL ROOM!

If you notice the picture on the wall to the left is my own personal art project I made just for my room. Unfortunately for you, I don't do special orders, SORRY! But at least we get to see my artwork everyday! And you can always reference this post to see it, or come over!
This was taken again while I slept, kinda weird mom, Monday night in my new Big Girl Room!
I love it! It is prefect!

Mom is getting bigger...

She keeps telling me that when her belly gets REALLY big that THEN her baby will come out.

Are we there yet? It seems a lot bigger then what I'm used to! When is her baby coming out?

WOW!!!! What a day! So while I was sleeping Santa visited my house...

He ate my cookies and left me some presents!

He left me: Vet Center, Elmo sofa, Dr kit, tool kit (it's real), big sister book, new jammies, and lots more. It was pretty cool.

Mom had to come wake me up and it took me a few minutes for my eyes to adjust to all the new stuff but when I did, man I had fun!

Then we went to Momaw and Popaw's and Santa had left me some stuff there too! The big tall dollhouse I wanted!!! How cool is that!?!?!

Happy Birthday Daddy!

Dad had to work today and it was his birthday! I think that is WAY unfair! But anyway after he got off we went over to Momaw and Popaw's for a little celebration. Minus my meltdown, we had a good time! We got Dad a phone charger station and Momaw and Popaw got him a new Dickes jacket and hoodie.

Then we were off to Nanny's house. To sing and open presents. Thankfully for me and everyone else I had just finished my meltdown as we pulled in Nanny's neighborhood otherwise I think Mom and Dad might have dropped me off and left. They were going crazy!

Had tons of fun there and opened lots of cool presents. Thanks everybody!

Today we went to Aunt Cin and Lily's house to exchange presents with them and hang out! So much fun! Lily gave me some new books and a new bag, dad is going to be thrilled! I can pack up stuff again!

We gave Lily some bibs that said "Peachy Keen". Get it? Her last name is Keen!!! And we gave her a dog like one I have that she really likes!

We played and I tried to teach her to share but Aunt Cin says she is so tiny she doesn't understand sharing yet, but soon she will!

Then we came home and I took a rest, and so did mom! And finally it was El Nopal time. Rice and beans!!!!

Got up this morning and my cough was still horrible so mom took me to the doctor, not fun but I guess you gotta do what you gotta do! Anyway, he gave me some "spicy" medicine that worked wonders!

Then we went to our friend's house, MaryBeth, Alexis, and Evan. It was lots of fun, lots of new toys and things to do. Had pizza for lunch and played a lot.

Tonight we went to MooMoo's house to celebrate Christmas with Dad's family.

I did get to see Santa today at Bass Pro Shops, never fear I didn't get too close to the stranger, but as soon as the pic is available online mom says she will help me post it. But on the way home, I coughed so much I puked! Nasty!

Today we went to Aunt Sissy's and Uncle Jason's to celebrate Christmas!

SUPER FUN!!!

We got lots of good presents and two that stand out the most....
One being a marshmallow gun! Sounds fun right? Well, let me tell you.

I opened the marshmallow gun and was very saddened.
"I'm not a BOY!" were my thoughts and I don't need a gun! I had a big sad face until I found out my cousin Kara got one too and she's not a boy...

My sadness turned around when I started playing with it.
Until everyone ganged up on me and got me all at once and then it wasn't so fun. I cried!

He's been holding out on me...I had no idea he had this!


I'm really good at turning it off and on and making it go fast (which is mom's favorite) but I'm not so good at staying off the track so the train can go without hitting me. I just want to be up in the middle of the action.

Building a GingerBread House

It was a big challenge considering that I had carried the box around all day and broken a few of the pieces and mom had to mend them back together. But she did and it looked very nice...until I started eating pieces of it! :)

Still working on my art project! It is going to be worth millions people! Can't wait to show you!

I remembered one more thing I asked mom the other day about her baby...

I wanted to know if it is going to come out her mouth or her belly? Mom looked at Dad and they both said "BELLY". Interesting!!!!

Today was a snow day! We stayed at home, mom was off, and dad was too! It was pretty cool. While I took a short rest they put some paint on my walls in my new room.

Several cute stories today...

I have started working on a new art project for my room, I can't show you until I'm finished but I will tell you it's fabulous and I'm doing it all by myself! Mom will not help me, even when I ask for it.

Mom is getting closer and closer to having her baby and today I picked out a few toys that I wanted to share with baby. I would "show" the baby and mom says the baby would kick.

I also am very concerned about this concept of the baby kicking mom. I don't know how I feel about it. It doesn't seem very nice to kick someone. I kiss mom's belly when she says the baby has kicked her. Does anyone else know about this kicking stuff?

Cookie Making at the Pomeroy's

Today we went over to Jessica and Andrew's house to make cookies...

Jessica had worked very hard to prepare for our cookie day!

She made molasses cookie dough, chocolate chip, and mom made sugar (FLOUR) cookies.

We cut out all kinds of shapes for our cookies.
We dipped some in sugar and really we ate just a bunch of dough!
And then we decorated...with an entire bottle of sprinkles! Sorry Jessica!

Big day today...got to hear the horsie again! We went to mom's baby doctor and we got to hear it galloping around. It was pretty cool!

We also got some big boxes tonight for our baby, mom says it's furniture! She was really excited!

Dad went to get the furniture and Popaw came over to help him bring it in, it was really heavy. I wonder if our baby will be that heavy?!?!?!

Regular day, went to school, came home, drank CLR, ate dinner, played, etc.

Oh drinking CLR is not regular you ask?

It was just a little bit, mom had been soaking something in it and I drank the little bit left in the bottom of the bowl. I came out of the bathroom and said, "this is dis-cust-ing!" Cause it was!

Mom had to call Poison Control, where they told her to make me drink a lot and hope for no vomiting or turning red of the face. While she was on the phone I crawled in her lap and whispered, "Tell her it was dis-cust-ting!" So mom did and we all laughed. Neither of the side effects happened and all is well! I don't think I'll be drinking that again! That was gross!

Got some eye drops this morning!!! I think it's funny when mom puts them in! Hopefully they work really quick!

Today I hung out with Hayden and some of dad's friends. They all came over to help dad work on the bus, something about lowering it and other stuff!

My eyes are not getting any better, they are funky! Mom has put in a call to the doctor. The thing is they are only funky while I sleep they are fine during the day! Who knows! What I do know is that I don't like waking up like a pirate with one eye glued shut.

Update: tonight I spent the night with Nina and Popie! It was fun!!! I told Nina about my lion...

Went to Burger King with some friends this morning, Ava, Emma, and Maddie! It was lots of fun! I ate like 4 chicken nuggets and they were oh so good. I got an amazing toy with my meal...a megaphone!!! Mom loves it!

Later tonight I started getting some gunk in my eye. I don't know what it is but it's kinda annoying!

I have been talking a lot to mom's baby in her belly. I wave to it. I tickle it! And I even get to hear it sometimes...and you know it sounds like a "horsie"! Is my mom having a horse? I think she says she's having a baby but maybe she means a baby horse?!?! This is very confusing!

I also am very anxious to know when this baby is coming out?!?! I ask daily if today is the day and so far I've gotten negatives to all my questions.

We have been really laid back at my house lately! Mom pretty much needs a nap every day...something about "it being tiring to make her baby" I don't know!

So me and dad have been hanging out in the garage a lot, a lot of bike riding, which I LOVE!

Anyway, last night was a "special" night...Mom has been trying to make me take my shoes to my room when I come in the door. Generally, I kick them off and they fly wherever. So it all started with her telling me to put my shoes in my room, and I refused! My night went downhill from there! DRASTICALLY!

Short version...

lots of crying

kicking

screaming

peeing on myself (I shouldn't say this, this is embarrassing)

and what mom calls the "ultimate" telling mom "I don't want to live here anymore!"

I think if I move in with Momaw that she won't make me put my shoes away. Dad says differently but what does he know?!?!?!

Anyway, the night ended just like always, with story, hugs and kisses, and lots of love--just a very rough middle!
