May 7, 2011 Derby Day!

Today was the annual Pomeroy Derby Party! So much fun!

This was Gage's first Derby, mom didn't make him wear a hat, something about boys don't have to wear a Derby hat but girls do?!?!? Anyone know any truth to this?

Anyway, we went to Uncle Marshall and Aunt Jessica's house, which is always SO much fun!

Gage and Emily had fun playing on the bed... mom says they won't be allowed to "play on the bed" much longer. I have no idea what she means by that.

I know I have been slacking lately and I am going to try to do better, especially for Popaw.

I got some new games from my friend, Ms. Sharon, our neighbors, I love them!!! This one is a bowling game and I'm pretty good at it.
Wednesday at school we made presents for our mommies. I made her flowers, a little tote bag, a card, then we put a candle, a notepad, and a Bible verse in the tote bag. Mom LOVED it! I think she almost cried! She's a sucker for me!

Easter 2011

Happy Easter Everyone!

Easter was so fun this year...Mom had declared that no one was going to be sick this year for Easter and we were NOT spending Easter in the Acute Care Center or ER and we didn't!!!

This is me hunting eggs at Momaw and Popaw's, we had to hunt eggs inside cause it was raining outside (like always). I found eggs with candy and quarters (for El Nopal) in them. So much fun!
This is Nina and Popie and all of us, looking kinda close to the camera! WOW!!! We all went to church with them this morning and afterwards took this fabulous picture!

The Easter Bunny visited our house...he left me socks, bubbles, a new dress, Tangled the movie, a new coloring book, and some Dora bandaids. He left Gage some new bottles, bottle liners, and a Little Brother shirt. We both really loved all our goodies from the Easter Bunny! Thanks Easter Bunny!

My new little Brother went to his one month check-up at my doctors the other day.

Here are his "stats":

8 lbs 14 oz

23 Inches long

He was not happy cause he had to get a shot but he did really well with it, just cried for one second and then he was done.

It's hard to believe that in three days he will officially be one month old. Seems like he's been around for a lot longer.

This is a "the whole last week or so" post. Been busy and haven't had time to post but I will try to get more regular. But read and see what we have been doing...

Swim Lesson, floating on my back! Look at me!!! No hands!
Mom and Gage came outside with me, it was much colder then mom or me had thought, so they had to get a jacket and a hat for Gage. Is he in there? Where is he?
And this is the reason we had to go outside, to fly my new kite I made at school! It works and it was super windy that day so it worked even better! Using up a lot of energy!
These are Gage's TV watching slippers! Aren't they so cute? All old men have to have slippers and he is no exception.

Well, we all know Gage LOVES to sleep in his swing and he LOVES swaddle blankets, here is his "best of both worlds" except you can't see him, he likes to play hide and seek in his blanket but he never seeks, just hides.

Well April has been filled with lots of fun so far!

Mom took Gage to heart dr and he got a good report

I spent the night with Momaw and Popaw

Gage puked all over me

Gage now weighs 8 pounds

Me and Dad have been riding our bikes a lot

I dug for worms at Maddie's house

Maddie gave me a princess riding set, helmet, knee and elbow pads

See we have had lots of fun! I don't get as much computer time as I used to. So if my posts are not as often I'm sure you understand.
